What Is A Shipping Method
A shipping method is essentially information about how a seller would like to send an item to the buyer. For each listing, a seller can have one or more shipping methods that a buyer is able to choose from when checking out.
When selling on YallaBid, sellers have control with how they would like to ship items to buyers. When creating a listing, you will be given an option to add or choose from existing shipping methods you've added before.
Each time you create a listing you will have to add a shipping method and define a price for the shipping for that listing.
Sellers are not allowed to start or complete the creation of their listing without adding at least 1 shipping method. Examples of shipping methods could be:

| Collection | Buyer is allowed to collect the item from the sellers premises or from a designated meetup location |
| Aramex - Dubai | Shipment to locations within Dubai |
| DHL - Abu Dhabi | Overnight shipping to Abu Dhabi |
| Fedex - Fujairah | Door to door shipping to Fujairah |
| Emirates Post (Post Box) | Delivery to your post box throughout UAE |
So whether you like to deliver the item yourself, get a courier company to pick it up from you and deliver it to your buyer or allow collection of the item, you have freedom in doing so.
How To Create A Shipping Method
You can add new shipping methods when you are creating a new listing. Follow the simple steps below to add a new shipping method to your listing:
1. In the shipping section, click Add Shipping Method
2. Fill in your new shipping details
3. Your new shipping method will be available to use for your current and any new listings:

Tip: If you're offering collection as a shipping method and meeting up with with the buyer or allowing the buyer to pick up the item, it may be a good idea to ask the buyer to provide you with some identification as a proof of him picking up the product.
